This beach front apartment is idyllically positioned directly opposite Wildersmouth Beach and the Landmark theatre. The Cabin is a mere 700m (1 minute walk) from the popular Tunnels beach and wedding venue. This property does not have allocated parking but there is a pay and display directly opposite the property.

Perfect for couples looking for a peaceful break, or avid surfers looking to utilise the close proximity to Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton.

The apartment is on the first floor of the building and is accessed separately to the house, with the holiday apartments their own entrance.

The bedroom looks directly over the beach, and is furnished with a double bed has an orthopaedic mattress and luxury bed linen. Suitable for 2 people but a third can be accommodated upon request as there is a small fold out chair bed in the room. Travel cot and high chair can also be provided upon prior arrangement.

The separate kitchenette is supplied with all essentials including fridge with freezer compartment, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee nespresso machine. Leading from the kitchenette is the bathroom with walk in shower.

The property is accessed via keycode, which is supplied to guests 24 hours before arrival.

Ilfracombe is a popular seaside town, which offers an abundance of things to make for a perfect getaway. Take a trip on the sea safari and enjoy a meal at one of many restaurants which include the michelin recommended restaurant ‘Antidote’ in St James’ place. Our far-reaching coast path makes for a variety of picturesque walks and the nearby award winning beaches are ideal for a relaxing day out.

If you require secure storage for any bikes/surfboards, then this can be supplied by the owners who live onsite (with prior arrangement).

An iron and ironing board can be supplied upon request. Please let us know ahead of time if you will require one.

This modern and stylish apartment is positioned just 50 meters from the sea and Ilfracombe’s popular Quay. Being only 0.5 miles to Tunnels Beach and wedding Venue, a 9 minute drive to award-winning Sandy Cove wedding venue and just a 15 minute drive to Woolacombe, this apartment puts you in a prime spot to access the best parts of the local area with ease.

Recently refurbished to a high standard, this is a bright an airy space that provides peace and comfort away from home.

The open plan living area and kitchen is the perfect hub for evenings in the accommodation, and the double bedroom is tastefully decorated and makes for a relaxing place to unwind.

With a double sofa bed as well as the double in the main bedroom, we can accommodate 4 guests where needed as we can provide extra bedding for the sofa on request.

We provide toiletries for guests in the bathroom with shower over bath, and the WC is located separately from the main bathroom for added convenience.

The apartment is accessed on the first floor. The main building is accessed via a code, and the flat door is accessed through a key safe. Please be mindful if you have mobility issues that the there are 2 flights of stairs as well as a couple of steps up to the main building.

We area contactable throughout the stay and are local to the area so are able to tend to any issues if you should have any.

There is pay and display parking just across the road from the property and down on the Quay.
